Performing maintenance on your heat pump helps prevent any possible errors in the operation of the device. Maintenance should be performed once a year to ensure the durability of the device and the validity of the warranty. Regular maintenance ensures the long-term durability and reliability of the device.
The best time for thorough maintenance is in the autumn before the start of the heating season or in the spring before the start of the cooling season.
We hold a permit to handle stationary refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and heat pumps containing fluorinated greenhouse gases. Permit number FKKL/328692.

Standard maintenance includes:
- Call-out fee to the object
- Visual inspection of equipment
- Inspection and cleaning of indoor filters
- Chemical washing of heat exchangers
- Inspection of outdoor heat exchanger
- Cleaning of condensate piping
- Inspection of electrical contacts
- Inspection of refrigerant pressures
- Inspection of equipment operating modes
- Inspection of refrigerant leaks
- Filling out maintenance report
We also perform deep chemical maintenance, which includes:
- Everything that is done during regular maintenance of the device
- Complete chemical cleaning of the interior
- Gas quantity check
Air-to-water heat pump maintenance includes:
- Cleaning the heating system filter
- Checking the condition of the water safety valve
- Checking the pressure of the heating system
- Checking the condition of the heating system circulation pump
- Checking the operation of the three-way valve
- Checking the operation of the air separators in the heating and domestic water system
- Visual inspection of the heating system expansion tank to detect leaks
- Visual inspection of the heating system to detect leaks
- Checking the condition of the electrical connections
- Checking and cleaning the condenser
- Checking and cleaning the pumps of the device
- Checking the measuring parts (electrical connections)
- Measuring freon pressures, searching for leaks (if necessary)
- Checking fastenings and insulation

Geothermal heat pump maintenance includes:
- During maintenance, the technician manually checks all the device’s components and makes sure that there are no suspicious sounds that would indicate a fault.
- The pressure and vents are checked and it is made sure that the pressure in the heating system’s expansion tank is maintained and that the expansion tank is working correctly.
- During maintenance, the pressure relief valves are checked to ensure they are functioning properly and are not stuck.
- The ground circuit fluid level is checked and, if there is a shortage, additional ground circuit fluid is added.
- Carefully will be checked whether all the heat pump sensors are working correctly. If any important sensor shows a few degrees °C incorrectly, this can result in higher heating bills and, in the worst case, even the heat pump breaking down.
- During maintenance, the technician will make sure that the heat pump does not have any freon leaks and that the freon pressure meets the correct requirements. Even a small freon leak can easily damage the heat pump’s compressor.
- During the inspection, the ground circuit filter is cleaned and the water purity level in the heating system is checked. The water purity of the heat pump must be checked at least every two years, as the heat pump is a low-temperature heating device and bacteria can form in the heating water, which can damage the heating system.
- Geothermal heat pump reports and data are reviewed to ensure that the numbers are consistent.
- If desired, our technician can make a separate fine-tuning of the geothermal heat pump according to the customer’s needs so that the installed heating system saves even more.
- If any errors are discovered during maintenance, the technician will offer a repair appointment to correct the error.
We offer our customers a contract of annual maintenance:
- Regular inspections are ensured to prevent possible failures
- Regular maintenance ensures a longer life for the equipment
- We respond to challenges with priority (even outside of working hours)
- Lower call and maintenance fees
- Free advice to solve minor problems.
- We recommend maintenancing your heat pump or air conditioner at least once a year!
