When should you replace your old heat pump?2025-04-25T09:30:09+00:00

We recommend considering replacing your air source heat pump if the pump’s lifespan is over 10 years.

New air source heat pumps are 15-20% more efficient and economical. This helps save on heating costs and provides comfort through various functions such as phone control, summer house mode, economy mode, various sensors/sensors for air control and human detection. New pumps have a higher energy class and work down to -30 degrees Celsius.

New heat pumps offer a modern design, they are available in many different design models in different colors, which allows you to choose a heat pump that matches your home interior.

How often should a heat pump be maintained?2025-04-25T09:25:28+00:00

If the heat pump is used continuously, it is advisable to clean the internal filters every month, but if it is a very dusty room, then 2-4 times a week.

Over time, the heat exchanger becomes clogged, the heat pump performance decreases, electricity consumption increases and the efficiency of the device decreases. If the device no longer cools/heats as before, electricity consumption is significantly higher than before, there are unnatural sounds when the device is operating or there is a strange smell from the device, then it is worth calling a heat pump maintenance specialist to avoid unexpected breakdowns. In general, a heat pump requires major maintenance every 2-3 years, we recommend performing maintenance once a year to ensure the durability of the device and the validity of the warranty. Regular maintenance ensures the long-term durability and reliability of the device. The best time for thorough maintenance is the autumn period before the start of the heating season or in the spring before the start of the cooling season.

Our specialists will come to the site and inspect the heat pump and perform the necessary repair and/or maintenance work.

How to choose the right heat pump?2025-04-25T09:26:24+00:00

Choosing a heat pump depends on the size and layout of the rooms, the insulation of the building. It is important to choose a heat pump with the right capacity and install it in the right place. If you choose a heat pump with too little capacity, it will not be able to heat the building and therefore consume a lot of electricity. The general rule is that 1kW of heat capacity is enough to heat 20-25m2 in a well-insulated building.

Our specialists will be happy to help you choose the right heat pump for you.

Why heat pump?2025-04-25T09:27:04+00:00

A heat pump saves energy. Compared to heating with electric heating (e.g. electric radiator, electric floor heating, electric fan), we save an average of 3-4 times when heating with a heat pump in cold weather.

Nowadays, it is possible to cool with all heat pumps, so you no longer have to feel uncomfortable in the summer.

A heat pump keeps the indoor temperature stable. Modern models allow for both reducing humidity and removing unpleasant odors. In addition, you can maintain a uniform temperature in the room, and compared to stove heating, there is no need to store and carry heavy wood. Also, it takes time for the stove to start giving off heat and this heat does not spread everywhere. With a heat pump, there is no such worry, the process itself is simple and convenient, by pressing the ON/OFF button, you can enjoy the appropriate temperature in the room in less than 30 minutes. Nowadays, comfort is a very important part of our lives!
